Who we are

Website Gorillas, Ukmarjeva ulica 18, 6320 Portorož, Slovenia ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us any time at websitegorillas@proton.me.

What we collect and why

Inquiry form. When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), the subject you choose and your message. We use this solely to respond to you. The message is delivered to our inbox via Resend, an email delivery service. We keep inquiries for up to two years, then delete them.

Booking a call. Calls are scheduled through Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy.

Analytics. Only if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand how visitors use the site. If you choose "Necessary only", no analytics run and no tracking cookies are set. You can change your choice any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely.

Legal bases

We process inquiry data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics run only on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who processes your data

Our processors are Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), Google (analytics, only with consent) and Cal.com (scheduling). Some of these providers are based in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec RS, www.ip-rs.si).

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date at the top always reflects the latest version.
